Includes the whole five-board bare-PCB minimum, with only one board populated. LCD, camera and Luckfox are separate modules. This is a DIY parts basket, not a factory assembly quote.
What still needs a price?
SMT assembly or DIY soldering supplies and equipment; headers and mounting hardware; microSD; smartcard; enclosure; other suppliers’ shipping; taxes and tariffs; labor and rework.
The all-in total is not established yet. ENIG instead of lead-free HASL adds $16.50 to this bare-board batch estimate. PCB dimensions were entered in JLC’s calculator; Gerbers have not yet received supplier review.

These figures exclude modules and every other build cost. Quantity breaks can mean buying a few extras. Prove the first article before populating the remaining boards.
What changes at 100 units?
PCB and assembly setup fees spread across the batch, components receive quantity discounts, and freight is shared. Bulk quotes for the LCD, Luckfox and camera could also reduce the largest portion of the parts budget. We do not yet have a reviewed 100-unit production quote.
For example, four 10 µF capacitors cost $1.36 at single-piece pricing. Buying 500 of the selected TDK part costs $51.01: enough for 100 boards and 100 spares, or about $0.51 per board in capacitor purchases. That is a DigiKey sourcing example; JLC assembly uses its separate BOM and catalog pricing.
